Due to the nature of food supplements and health regulations, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy for Engine01 Metabolism Core capsules. This policy is designed to protect product quality, safety, and customer confidence. 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The safety seal remains intact.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Full refund
Engine01 will cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used supplement containers
• Products with broken safety seals
• Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
• Promotional, clearance, or final-sale items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards or digital products

5. Return Shipping

• For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, Engine01 will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
